attentive personnel mature plants fresh ingredients suite upgrade
I noted attentive personnel offering quick responses to requests. The grounds displayed mature plants with structures designed to be admired. The food tasted very well, and ingredients tasted fresh. My suite upgrade improved my time here. The suite provided extra space.
The coffee temperature was below expectation, cooling down quite fast after service. It was still drinkable though.

The room featured a king size bed perfect for resting and provided a lot of space to relax. The decor seemed updated with quality materials, and the furniture was comfortable for lounging. It offered a calm ambience for a peaceful stay.

Staff members showed dedication and helped us with our bags upon arrival to our room. The front desk always had someone available and queries were taken care of promptly. I appreciate how they solved our problem very fast.

beautiful architecture well maintained lawns friendly team
i found the architecture beautiful and filled with history. the lawns were nicely maintained. our dog received good treatment. a friendly team worked here. the room had a big bathtub plus temple spa products were available.
the dinner menu had limited availability, so it impacted our dining choices.

fine interior friendly staff special requests lovely design
i found the hotel design lovely. the interior and exterior are fine. it has been there since the 1900s and is well preserved. the staff was friendly. i was pleased with special requests.
I noticed a very slight musty smell in one of the corridors. Otherwise everything was great.

breakfast was generous and personalised which is AMAZING!!! the main dining menu offered excellent choices. there were exquisite sandwiches and scones available for tea on the terrace, a good experience. bar service was efficient.
